Every movement begins with a small group of dedicated people—leaders who see a need and refuse to accept the status quo.

The Summit is produced by First Responder Wellness Solutions (FRWS), a mission-driven organization committed to strengthening the health and effectiveness of public safety leaders through leadership development, wellness education, and culture change initiatives.

FRWS is led by Conrad Weaver, President of First Responder Wellness Solutions, host of the First Responder Wellness Podcast, and producer/director of the award-winning documentary PTSD911. Through the podcast, film, and ongoing training resources, Conrad and the FRWS team have spent years listening to leaders, learning from the front lines, and identifying a core truth: Wellness begins with leadership.

We began with a set of questions that still guide everything we do:
What if leadership in public safety could look different? What if it wasn’t defined only by rank or tenure, but by service, courage, humility, and vision? What if leaders were equipped not only to manage operations—but to sustain the health of the spirit, mind, and body of the people they lead?

What started as a shared commitment to the resilience of first responder leaders has grown into a movement. The Summit exists to inspire, equip, and renew leaders so they can thrive personally and lead effectively—creating measurable, lasting impact in their agencies, communities, and families.

From command centers to community meetings to kitchen tables, our mission reaches across jurisdictions and generations. We believe leadership is influence—and in public safety, your influence can shape culture, strengthen trust, and quite literally save lives.

We’re not here to fill seats. We’re here to strengthen leaders of integrity and action—leaders who are grounded in purpose, clear in mind, and healthy in body. Leadership carries a higher calling, and The Summit is an invitation to step into it with your whole self.
